Diagnose of Purchasing Function in order to systematize data related to the process and define a new centralizing model (of goods and services).
Under the project execution were estimated that ~25% of purchasing should be centralized, generating potential savings above 20% of this value.
PMO of an executive program to accelerate the diversification of national production and wealth generation, financed under a World Bank grand to a Sub-Saharan country. The project involved the implementation of a data analytics structure, including the data workflows, storage, access, reports, and dashboards for data visualization, helping the promotion and monitoring of economy diversification. Studies of the value chain of 5 large sectors were carried out, generating outputs that enabled access to credit for more than 500 projects, the registration of more than 5500 national producers and 1700 freight operators.
